Bianca Nicita Hairdressing stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week of the date of service.

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote. Prices are a guide only and can change without prior notice.
SERVICE REDO & REFUND POLICY
If for whatever reason you are not happy with services performed at Bianca Nicita Hairdressing we require clients to contact the salon within 7 days to resolve any issues. Services performed at Bianca Nicita Hairdressing will not carry any guarantee if the client is not using Professional Products as recommended. Bianca Nicita Hairdressing will not refund or compensate clients for change of mind or unrealistic expectations not being met. Bianca Nicita Hairdressing will not refund or compensate for services performed elsewhere to rectify or change outcome of services performed at Bianca Nicita Hairdressing. Bianca Nicita Hairdressing reserves the right to correct any issues in house before a refund is offered given there is basis to do so at our discretion.
CHILDREN IN THE SALON
We understand sometimes your children need to be with you. However, please be aware of the following conditions when bringing your child into our hair salon:

A playpen can be provided upon request when booking your appointment. It is important that your child remains in the playpen provided or sitting near your at your station at all times. Items such as scissors, hot tongs, hot irons, chemicals and other items can be dangerous and harmful to your child(ren)

Toys and books can be provided, however we recommend bringing your own toys, electronics and food

Bianca Nicita Hairdressing is not responsible for your child’s safety, it is up to you to keep an eye on them

It will be at your expense to repair any damage to the salon or salon property caused by your child

Bianca Nicita Hairdressing cannot be held liable for the supervision of children in the salon nor injuries or damage
